Frequently Asked Questions

How long will it take for me to become fluent?

Fluency is a personal journey and depends on your individual “assimilation capacity.” It isn’t just about the hours you book; it’s about how frequently you attend classes, how often you listen to the recordings, and your consistency with assignments. Language is about memory and practice—the more you immerse yourself and the faster you master the basics, the quicker you will move toward advanced conversation.

What is the policy for rescheduling or missing a class?

While the schedule is flexible to accommodate your busy life, professional commitment is required.

Missed Lessons: Any lesson missed without prior notice is counted as a completed session and will be deducted from your bundle.

Rescheduling: You must inform your tutor in advance if you need to change a session.

Lateness: Your tutor will wait for up to 10 minutes in the meeting. If you do not join or send a message within that time, the session will end and will be counted.

How many hours can I take per week?

This is entirely up to you! Because classes are 1-on-1, you can choose the intensity of your learning. Some students prefer 2-3 sessions a week for steady growth, while others take 4 -5 sessions a week for rapid immersion. We will align the frequency with your personal goals and schedule.

What happens if I’m running late?

Communication is key. If you are going to be 5 or 10 minutes late, please send a quick email to your tutor. This ensures your tutor stays on the call and is ready for you. Remember, the class will still end at the scheduled time to respect the next student’s slot.
